Below is some helpful information that will answer some of the most frequently asked questions about professional mobile pet grooming

Frequently Asked
Questions

Brushing the Fur

How often does my pet need to be groomed?

This will vary based on your dog's needs and your preference but a general rule of thumb is that we recommend grooming:

Long Haired Breeds:  every 4-6 weeks  and daily brushing at home

Short Haired Breeds: every 6-8 weeks

We offer a free "pupgrade" package for all pets on a recurring schedule. This is to encourage regular grooming for your pet and make grooming less stressful as it will be more familiar to them.

Why should I choose mobile grooming?

If you:

-dislike leaving your pet at a salon all day

-don't want to get pet hair in your vehicle

-don't have time to drop off/pick up your pet

If your pet:

-is stressed when around other pets

-does not like to be caged

-has anxiety

Then mobile grooming may be for you! We are different than traditional salons because you never need to leave home. We offer one on one stress-free grooming in a comfortable temperature controlled environment.

Do you need water or electricity hook-ups?

No! Our salon is entirely self sufficient with it's own generator, water heater, and heat/ac.

Going for a Walk

Can I be in the salon with my pet?

You are more than welcome to tour the salon before your pet's grooming. However, due to our  insurance requirements, we are unable to have you inside the salon while any services are taking place.

How long will the appointment take and what if I can't be home?

When booking we will provide a scheduled time. We may be up to 30 minutes early or late depending on factors like traffic or previous appointments running over. We will be sure to communicate if we are running behind.

After arrival, grooming typically takes 45 minutes - 2 hours based on pet.

We require you to be home for your pet's first appointment so that we can meet with you and get grooming instructions. For all following appointments you can request our "latch-key service". You won't need to be home, your pet will enjoy an extra potty break while you are gone, and you will come home to a clean and pampered pet! Ask us for more information.
